Menu Plan Monday

Found Here.

Tonight's recipe:
For any of you that have Homemade Gourmet's Kansas City Seasoning (if you don't GET SOME, IT'S GOOD!), here's tonight's dinner I just stuck in the crockpot:

BBQ Pork Loin
4lb Pork loin (found on clearance at Randalls for $6!)
1 onion, sliced into rings
1 C ketchup
2 C warm water
3 Tbsp HG Kansas City Seasoning (awesome bbq recipes for this stuff!)
about a dash of Kosher Salt
about a tsp or so of tabsco
about 2 tsp of Worchestershire
1/4 C of Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 C Brown Sugar

Stick in in your crockpot for 10 hours and that's it!
I'm making some brown rice and sauteeing zucchini with olive oil, onion and garlic.

If you don't have the HG seasoning, any type of bbq type seasoning will do fine I'm sure. A good friend of mine is a consultant so let me know if you'd like her contact info.
